1st Amendment to the Constitution

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

__________________________________________
The right to petition government for redress of grievances is the right to make a complaint to, or seek the assistance of, one’s government, without fear of punishment or reprisals.

Chapter 112, Part III of the Florida Statutes, “Code of Ethics for Public Officers, and Employees.” Which states in part in : 112.311 (3) “It is likewise essential that the people be free to seek redress of their grievances and express their opinions to all government officials on current issues and past or pending legislative and executive actions at every level of government. In order to preserve and maintain the integrity of the governmental process, it is necessary that the identity, expenditures, and activities of those persons who regularly engage in efforts to persuade public officials to take specific actions, either by direct communication with such officials or by solicitation of others to engage in such efforts, be regularly disclosed to the people.”

  1. Remember you might need an appointment to go to that office for service , but if that office has a lobby, you don’t need an appointment to be a journalist in that lobby to do a story and record, so don’t say you need service, just say you’re doing a story on that particular public lobby , so just ask if that public office have a public lobby and to let you do your story in there, this is how you get around their restrictions

  2. Seminole County Sheriffs Dept is overstaffed with every cop in this video, they don't need any of them. I'm not even being snarky, I was going to say none of these people are doing any meaningful work but that would be wrong, they aren't doing any work. How much money is being wasted here?

  3. That is the first officer/ intern to know the five elements. He is the type of man we want as police officers, unfortunately they are weeded out or forced to conform to the majority of officers. An unprofessional
CPt or Lt will not promote officers like him.

  4. Clown is used to intimidating and bullying and lying through his teeth to his employers . Minimal knowledge about most things and probably no skills useful to most humans . This is why it’s so difficult dealing with government, they pull from the bottom of the education pool, and teach them
to not follow the rules , but we have to. Too dumb.

  6. Next time I get pulled over by a cop for a victimless or pre-crime extortion stop, I’ll just tell him I’m not aware of that law and I have no interest in arguing with him, and then just drive away.
