Mumbai Man Crushed Under Train, Fell On Track After Being Hit In A Fight, Horror On CCTV

A 26-year-old man died after he was crushed between a moving train and the railway platform at Mumbai’s Sion station. The tragedy, caught on CCTV, happened around 9:15 pm on Sunday when Dinesh fell on the track after he was slapped by a man during an argument.

CCTV shows that Dinesh, wearing a white shirt and trousers of the same colour, allegedly bumped into Sheetal Mane (30) on the platform. A furious Sheetal is then seen hitting Dinesh repeatedly with her umbrella. Soon after, her husband, Avinash (35) slapped Dinesh who lost balance and fell onto the track.

  1. In the incident described, it's important to note that the man's actions of using excessive force on the victim without considering the victim's capabilities were unwarranted. The situation was initially provoked by his wife's reaction to a minor incident, which led him to react with disproportionate force. Such a response is unacceptable and goes against the principles of reasonable and just behavior.

The use of excessive force without a proper assessment of the circumstances and without considering the potential consequences led to a tragic outcome, where the victim fell onto the railway track and was subsequently run over by a train. The man's actions of hitting the victim and contributing to his fatal injury show a lack of consideration for the safety and well-being of others.

Given these factors, it could be argued that the man's actions were irresponsible and contributed significantly to the unfortunate chain of events that unfolded. In such cases, legal consequences and punishment may be deemed necessary to ensure that individuals are held accountable for their actions and to deter similar behavior in the future. However, the specific punishment would depend on the laws, regulations, and circumstances of the jurisdiction where the incident occurred. It's important for legal authorities to thoroughly evaluate all aspects of the case and determine an appropriate course of action based on the principles of justice and fairness.

  2. Railway station is a very area busyfull of people… why the couple should behave they are standing in a secluded place… if they are disturbed by others they can talk to them… instead of hitting and behaving like brainless creatures… shame on those couple… who ruined not only that person… but his family also

  4. This looks so freakin wrong
But we don't know what actually happened, as no one would suddenly start beating sm1 without a reason

But if it happened due to a verbal exchange only, they should be sentenced to Lifelong Imprisonment

  5. I think police needs to investigate the case. I think there is some history to this. It's a planned murder. They planned to make it look like accident, but in real it's a cold blooded planned murder.
