  1. Man,Russian Inspired Pokémon game, It would be so awesome. I can Imagine You start in Khabarovsk or Sahalin, and end in Moscow
And Сахалин, pronounced with hard Х not H

  2. Russia would make a pretty cool region tbf, got a wild zone in Siberia, enough diversity in the different areas for biomes. And a villian based around the government wanting global domination.

  3. I wish they'd let us come back to a few towns that we've already visited from previous regions as part of a DLC.

If going back to a whole region is too much work to put into a new game, at least give us 3 or 4 towns we've already visited from a previous game. It would allow us to go back to a region we recognize, and get a decent taste of what the region is like now that some time has passed.

And since it's not the whole region, it's not like the devs are having to make an extra game on top of the existing one that you're currently playing.

  4. The interesting thing about the Battle Tower in Sinnoh is that the basis for it actually has a population of the indigenous people of Hokkaido (the basis for Sinnoh), the Ainu. Sakhalin is also a territorial claim of Japan, so it was quite cheeky to have it as part of the Sinnoh map.

  5. The statement “2 regions” just went right over your head. We have only had in generation Johto. Areas are not whole other regions to explore. It shows how Pokemon pushed Gen 2 so hard, and the remakes received the best treatment over any remakes yet.
This just shows hows lazy pokemon is now.

  6. I hope pokemon fans keep making fan games & rom hacks so we can all enjoy watching playthroughs of them and playing them for ourselves. I'm intrigued to see what they can make with BDSP
