  1. I think if they can make back all their cost in 5 years they will be laughing all the way to the bank. Also how much will that place be worth in 5 years. Not all the profit is in ticket sales as can be the increase asset value

  2. I have not been to Vegas in a while but did they add a monorail stop there? The closest one I remember is at the Flamingo. I guess it would not matter much though because of the monorail limited capacity.

  3. I was told "this company can lose its company". Well, if "someone" told you that. Ok. It took 11 minutes of 15 minutes to get to the subject of the video. What's up with that?
"They might be" in trouble if it doesn't work. OK. But it will work. Ads? Um, Does it face the strip with all these ads?
    This year? Later on?

  4. Steven! Awesome production quality and great effort into the video! I value your content and work put into this type of video. Your quality is higher tier than the few others I watch that are full time vloggers..Buuuuuuuuttt, the call to action for subscribing multiple times in the video was a little thirsty. Please don't be offended, as a content creator for another channel, I hope you understand I'm looking at your production with a different lense. Keep up the good work!

  5. With facial recognition software so commonplace, I can't believe Wynn security doesn't know who the regular Vegas volgers are… perhaps they wanted to expand their file on NLLV.

  7. Sometimes I think I wouldn't want to go to Las Vegas because of all of the changes and goofy stuff that goes on. However, then I see on of you videos and wonder why would I want to see all the changes that have gone on. I haven't been to Vegas in almost 20 years. I love visiting there for more than just the gambling. It's just an exciting place to visit.

  8. I remember when MSG Sphere started building before Allegiant Stadium broke ground. About the third trip to Vegas before the pandemic, the frame was up. June 2021, the sphere's outer skin was just halfway up the structure.
Seeing your update, they are almost done. The have a smaller third scale version in Burbank California, not far from where I live.

  9. Regarding the Sphere , and the cost , they’ll probably get a massive Tax write off for the building , go bankrupt, then refinance, and it will end up making a fortune , big business can do that , while Joe public gets screwed loose their home , probably their wife divorces them , they end up homeless and broke , don’t you love America .

  10. So much BS here. First, that's not a sketchy area at all. Thats the back of the Venetian. Its the Venetian convention center. Hundreds of thousands go there every year without a problem. Second, you build a structure like this to last 20-30 years. That's where you get the money, not in 2 or 3. No one builds a building for 3 year payback. Hell you get a 30 year mortgage for your home. Third and most of all — its not a movie theater. Its a CONCERT THEATER. U2 does not perform in your local AMC. And its going to be the best concert experience in the world. How many came to see Taylor Swift at Allegiant stadium? Yes they will fill in time with video experiences for tourists (you remember them, right?) but the primary purpose for all this money was for concerts. Its not a big IMAX theater.

  11. Despite the unusual/oddities about Vegas, it would still be on my shortlist for a lottery win home in Sumerlin. The weather, the sun, all the conventions and things to go see, now the sports teams. I’m not gonna gamble, especially in a smoking area/casino. Maybe a bit in a non-smoking one. I’d avoid buying things at the higher end stores but I’m great with Costco and Target and online ordering. But I’m not holding my breath on winning the lotto.

  12. I'm with you. I don't see how they can make money. The cost is too high. At 2 billion the interest alone is 200 million a year. The numbers can't add up.
