  1. Damn 200k for 50% is crazyyyy but also how profitable can selling frozen gumbo base be? I think most the people who want gumbo probably could make it better from scratch (or prefer to rather) and then I feel like it wont have a lot of repeat customers, that’s just me I haven’t tried it, or gumbo for that matter lol

  2. Costco offered our parents–a gourmet popcorn franchise product an offer–folks turned it down cause they would've broke even. Consider Costco as a giant advertising machine for businesses. For example–We noticed price of Kodiak Cakes at Costco is super low, cause the product in the grocery store is super expensive

  3. 50 percent. That isnt having a heart. Thats taking advantage. Granted, he is a business man. He made a good business decision. Might of been the only way it made sense for them to loan her 200,000 its risky. But he didnt have a heart
