A woman and her 14-year-old son who were initially charged with murder in the fatal shooting of a man at a Chicago fast food restaurant earlier this month plan to file a lawsuit after attorneys say she was wrongfully charged.

No matter how people, IGNORANT OF THE LAW, would comment on this, the law is completely clear in this case…The teen was sent to the car not to look for any gun ( at least that's what the mother may be saying) but to stay in the car, but he went to the car and came back WITH A GUN, even before the violence started…SECOND POINT….The first shot may have been to protect the mother (self-defense), the pursuing the guy and keeping shooting the guy IN THE BACK was a clear sign of REVENGE and desires OF KILLING THE GUY…Right there that teen lost the case, and the mother for not even trying to get her gun back from the teen may also get in serious legal trouble here…..This is not a case of self-defense but a clear case of MURDER..Dropping the charges was the wrong thing to do because they are sending a message out there that PROSECUTORS WILL SUPPORT WHATEVER THE PEOPLE SUPPORTS….And now she comes out as this victim that was not supposed to be arrested…She was a victim of the assault but then she allowed her son to revenge her assault by murdering the guy even though he was fleeing, he was not assaulting her anymore while the son kept shooting her mother's gun at the guy's back…Now the MURDERER'S MOTHER WANTS TO MAKE MONEY OUT OF THIS AFTER HER SON KILLED ANOTHER MAN….

Shooting someone in the back and then continuing to shoot is not self-defense And the mother telling him to shoot someone else because they were laughing I'm trying to take the gun away from the Sun to shoot them She should have been calling the cops instead of texting her son The sun was with her in the car so she knew he had a gun And the reason why she was arguing with the guy was she knew her son was with the car with a gun She could have easily called the cops and had her son hold them at gunpoint so the cops game Because once the sun pulled out the gun he would have stopped hitting her She is a grown woman and she knows right from wrong she was only acting the way she was acting because she knew her son was in the car with a gun I've seen plenty of situations like that When someone is acting tough because they know somebody else that is with them has a gun At the end of the day she knew what she was doing and she did the wrong thing 14 year old kid with a gun I'm sorry but he should be arrested a 14-year-old kid should not have a gun and Didn't know at the age of 14 you can get a gun permit He should go to jail for murder and his mother also and he should also be Charged with carrying a concealed weapon without a permit
