Even tho I don't enjoy playing stardew in a min max gameplay style, this series has been very entertaining to watch and at this point in the game its very satisfying to watch you cycling through the kegs
Even if you couldnt re roll back a day or maybe you accidentally played an extra day (lucky the day you messed up on was the last day of this video) there's still a good chance you wouldve gotten the missing recipe from wednesday reruns. The wiki says it "prioritizes" unknown recipes. Not sure what that means, but i once missed a recipe and got it pretty soon after, so youd probably be fine but better be safe than sorry and be on year 2 with one missing recipe
