I think Kong is legit underrated. There is sooo much more of this titan , his actual strength is not yet shown in the movie. Everyone considers him weak while he actually has much more to offer.
If kong have a chance against Godzilla it would be Godzilla 1954 or 2014 that's it.
Only trash lowlife losers are complaining for even Toho loves both the serious tone and the more fantasy/sci-fi tone when it comes to Godzilla that's why the Showa Series has some of the Best Classic Godzilla movies ever.
Nothing wrong with Monsterverse taking inspiration from the Showa Series for Future movies cause if Fans want to see Toho Kaiju and more Giant Robots then they need to go more fantasy. Also similar to MCU the Monsterverse which is better than MCU could go Horror tone, Sci-Fi/Fantasy tone, Serious tone and others so More Godzilla/Kaiju the Better for fans.
That little girl should have minded her own business and let Mech Godzilla finish off Godzilla because he got his butt kicked by our creation meaning Mech Godzilla could have defended us against Scar King and any other titan. Because if Godzilla can defeat all other Titans, but can't do a thing against Mech Godzilla. I don't see any use for Godzilla.

Why does it seem there's a lot of lightning on the packages…no one has lightning in the movie….or do they? Also as far as the Godzilla vs Kong, I think that's the issue. Fans of the actual monsterverse should want Kong to be able to take down Godzilla and for Godzilla to also be able to take down Kong. That makes for a good universe. If you have one guy who can beat everyone else why does he need help from someone who's lesser? Kong needs to be an equal for the universe to actually become a real thing. I think that's why Marvel worked so well everyone was evenly matched with one of the other heroes for the most part Hulk challenged Thor, Iron man challenged and beat Hulk etc. one reason I feel DC failed was because in the Justice League movie the rest of the team needed superman but superman literally caught the entire Justice League…and won. There was no point in a team up. Kong needs lightning…and I think he gets it. Oh I also think Skar King uses Shimo to beat down Godzilla and then Kong comes in and beats down Skar King and then goes to rescue Godzilla when the Skar King uses Shimo again so they have that epic team up. I don't think the writers will allow Kong to appear weak knowing the hate they received during GvK.
The only reason Godzilla will own calm because he's written that way in this series of Kaiju movies starring none other than Godzilla he's the Main money maker!.. if you notice in the last movie MechaGodzilla" overpowered n manhandled godzilla. rag doll. Kong held MechaGodzilla arm from cutting him with one arm .for good length of time. Meanwhile mechagodzilla Force Godzilla's Jaws like nothing for his atomic blast down his throat.kongs an experienced monster fighter!.super strong n durable.. but they can't have him whipp Godzilla's butt… After all it's Godzilla's movie!..😂

1. Toho is running the business on the classical lore by retelling and every time rewriting the history and there is nothing much left in the bank…..people are riding on the cocaine of the 'original is always dope' theme where they ignore the new and evolved lore which is a new take on the classic and also pays heed to the original characters in some way.
2. people are cancelling it…I am telling you…..everyone said that Godzilla: KOTM was going to be a flop….even my friends didn't turn up…I went to the theatres on my own but to my surprise, the theatres were housefuls of Godzilla Fans…Legendary has really retold and done good marketing and experiments with the lore and the characters which people must understand at the least else there's no point in hating the characters and the storyline.
3. earlier they said the Gojira of the Legendary Monster verse is way too thick and plump and could not even budge…..in KOTM when they saw it moving they again started hating as to how a 90000 metric tonner could move that fast…..and in GXK now they are hating on the newly evolved form and the running method of Godzilla……see these dumb audience or better say the naggers are good for nothing.
4. Actually, the perspective of the storytelling is now shifting in the monster verse from the Human POV to the Monsters' POV…….there is a huge difference when one understands the meaning behind the perception of motion……now the story delves more into the Hollow Earth where the gravity and the complete diaspora is way different than that of the surface's …no telling the laws would even apply the same.
5. Laws of nature aren't invented for Gojira's sake they are discovered…..they are right out there…..humans are limited by the technology of their time and their current discovery …….no telling how many more laws of nature are acting out there which are yet unexplained to the humankind…..and for goodness sake …..this is fictional lore……why are some people always nagging around the new take.
6. Japan's take on Gojira be it Shin, Singular Point, Minus One….whatever…..that's a different verse….different POV…….but nah stupid paid naggers got to bark out every time and compare apples with oranges……I am totally into the new lore of the monster verse…..many thanks to ADAM WINGARD….a fellow nerd of a director….who really knows how to make a story more mythical and mysterious…that is what captures the money …….great take…..newer Godzilla form with newer radiation….love it…..not that hyped up for Shimo though….but more interestingly hyped up for how the story would unravel the long tale of the origin of the titans and where their future lies ahead.

I wasn't big on Minus One, I mean I'd much rather see battles between Kajus than Zilla against WW2 military and humans. There were some good points in the movie, but I really didn't see what the big deal was. I was a huge Zilla fan as a kid, the monster verse has been a real treat for me, love it!!

Godzilla killing off the titans is a logical black hole, they wouldn't exist in meaningful numbers if that were how things played out. Is Godzilla a king or a serial killer. When they all paid obeisance to Godzilla in KOtM it would imply there is a more clear power structure among titans. And i would also say that kong can win that fight, by not making it a fight and simply going out of his way to merc godzilla as fast as possible. Beyond that, they will need to make Kong more powerful as well it doesn't makes sense that he doesn't have some powerup possibility
