  1. airport runways . I still remember my first takeoff and landing I went to Gooding that day it was a good trip. I lost track of all the times I landed in Flight Simulator but if you want to fly a plane in Flight Simulator or the real world you need to know how to land it and park it on the runway. My personal favorite runway is Runway 15 Kennedy Space Center this 12 miles of concrete and asphalt was the final stop for the Shuttle for 32 years. I cried when Atlantis touched down for the last time my generation knew the Shuttle. Runway 15 is still in operation they still land satellites here and the Astronauts still do the traditional fly in. My favorite segment in this episode are the runways in my home state of Idaho. Idaho has 48 dirt runways and Cessna bush planes and De Havilland Otters land here the trickiest strip to get into is Lower Loon Airport in Stanley Idaho it is "One Way In No Way Out!" so you need to know how to land here because the approach is tricky and this airport is the only way into the Frank Church Wilderness.

  2. Some half Dozen pilots Die from bad runway conditions in Idaho Bush Country. But yet the government won’t let them touch them to work on them to make them better. Sounds about like the US Governments ridiculousness.

  3. Let’s talk about the new jet engines out for at least 15 years. They use very little fuel and they certainly cannot hold 60 and 70,000 gallons on any of these Jets. They say they put all this fuel in the wings, it’s impossible. I’ve seen gas trucks that hold only 12,000 gallons and they are huge. It would take five of these trucks to fill an airplane, and that is a total nonsense
