Hbox actually surprised me here. I love Hbox but I was definitely a doubter until I saw how surprisingly well he did against Leo game 1. I think Leo realized that he couldn't just do whatever he wanted after that and he started giving 100%. In game 3 Leo definitely wasn't messing around and Hbox still did really well. I'm really proud of how far Hbox has come.
I love the commitment hbox keeps for Jigglypuff! I hope some day he makes this character top tier 🔥

Melee player here, just checking in to see the last Summit. Ultimate is a disorienting game. Like I can hardly catch the action, not because it’s fast, but it’s so saturated in animation. Every movement produces huge puffs of smoke. Everybody’s moves bust out wild arrays of colors combined with the smoke. There’s like a whole ass movie playing in the background. Why? It gives me vibes much closer to ‘for fun’ than ‘for competition’
