Foxy’s protagonist powers are so strong that when he plays rock-paper-scissors, he can get the correct pick every time (by asking his opponent what they got and then changing it to the one that beats them) and also use the volcano (which isn’t even part of rock-paper-scissors but is used anyway to ensure Foxy’s victory).
