This should be obvious but if you have not unlocked the Lord of the Frenzied Flame ending/achievement/trophy, don’t do this yet. Also, you cannot go back to the final boss area if you have already completed one ending, did not save at the site of grace there and did not make a manual backup save before (that’s what happened to me, I can no longer interact with the fog).

Good luck defeating boss for the needle, took me 20 tries used blood katana build with mimic tear max. Suppose to be the toughest boss in the game.
Miqullas needle never dropped and I got no stone either when I beat her
This was so in time!! I’m 2 bosses away and already did the flame of frenzy burn… just panicked a bit because I found out I’m locked to one ending. Thanks a bunch! Going to get all trophies now.
