Mindfulness Magic: Stop Negative Thoughts in Their Tracks!



Bit of an impromptu video. Just for quick reference, I was sitting there looking at myself in the mirror and judging myself extremely harshly for my physical state of being…I had to stop for a second and realize that I was being pretty mean to myself. I then got to thinking: “If I’m thinking of myelf like this right now, that’s going to be obvious to others the rest of the day.” How you treat yourself is going to emanate from you throughout your day, and (if this is a daily occurence) consequently the rest of your life if you allow it. Join me for a few simple tips to better mindfulness and self-awareness that I have in my tool belt for self-improvement. We all want to be the best versions of ourselves that we can be, so why not put in the work to get there? It can be a long and oftentimes uncomfortable journey, but it’s possible and I believe in you!
