  1. I know an OD he died at least an hour up to 3 hours after so I'm 100% sure he was dead in the cell for 15-12 hours, they didn't check on him once because an overdose is very hard to mistake.

What they should have done is taken him to the hospital after he ate the first bag, not ask him if he wants to go after being in custody for an hour

  2. The police officers did not check Thomas enough for any drugs on him they should've checked him over again.
Well Thomas is in the holding cell we all know and seen it on camera he took more drugs he also signed medical papers while Thomas was slurring his words to the police officer that he had taken more drugs!
The concerned police officer suggested he should go to the hospital Thomas refused something to do with papers already signed (medical papers) Thomas did not want to go to the hospital. Thomas knew he took to many he even said it himself to the officer ""I Took A Lot"" yep he took to much it was a suicide he took all the drugs because you didn't wanna get caught with it well to me it was a suicide because he knew he took way way to frigging much
    Rest in peace Thomas.

  3. He was determined to swallow those drugs but maybe he'd had to many by the time he refused to go to hospital, it's very sad and I wish the police had the right to get people medical help even if they refuse
