  1. Happiness is overrated…well, at least "happiness" as society defines it. Like Paulie Amigo says in his book titled "You Suck"… just relax, take it easy, and be content knowing you probably won't be happy…and then maybe happiness might actually like you enough to show up because you've stopped trying to define it, trying to grab it, and trying to hold onto it like a child gripping its blanket. Let happiness go, then you'll probably be happier than before.
