  1. I always enjoyed when Rekieta went through court filings like this. Sure it can be dry when you read them yourself, but having educated commentary going along with it makes it much more interesting. Thanks for doing this!

  2. Impressive video/stream!

To me, in this the CMA comes across as a mixture of overreaching, and either incompetent or biased, and I'm not sure which. Their position seems based on a whole lot of conjectures and omitting whatever does not support said position (i.e: Nintendo).

  3. 1.5x speed is certainly helpful on this one peeps! Thanks for deep diving into these docs, I literally get all my news about this deal from your videos and I anticipate every new chapter! I’m conflicted as an Xbox guy on whether I want this to close because we’ll lose such great Hoeg sassiness 🤣🤣🤣

  4. I hope the deal goes through as a huge PlayStation fan. I don’t want Microsoft to try and buy some of the studios I actually like. Don’t really care if they buy Activision since I don’t play those games anyway

  5. Nothing stop activision from having a gp service. but EA play exist and is in no way as popular as GP, even more, GP ultimate includes ea play because EA can add value to a service but is clearly not enough on his own for EA. in a world where microsoft has Acti Bliz + Ea play on its service, which already popular shooter series microsoft dont have beside destiny 2. just some more food for thoughts.

  6. Started today watching the Brooks trial. I was quickly slamming my head against the desk then switched to you. It was definitely the right choice. F'ing great stream.

  7. You mentioned preventing mergers like this could hurt the startup strategy to get acquired. I disagree as both corporations are insanely large and Activision was only looking to be acquired to maintain Bobby’s investment. While I think the merger is safe to go through, there isn’t a lot of value to consumers for industry giants to merge and I am one to to believe that companies should never get as big as they have gotten already.

  8. FYI Sony states on multiple places that PS+ is GP competitor regardless of how good/bad you perceive the comparison they are positioning it that way and everyone is comparing em… Sony fans even go out of their way to claim that it is way better than GP…. If it counts as advertisement why wouldn’t it count when it comes to regulation?
