I've opened 3 boxes so far. The 2 from your stream which were 9 holo boxes, 0 hateful eight. I then opened another box that happened to be an 18 holo box and got 3 of the hateful eight. This set confuses me so much, because the box prices seem to be fairly stable at around $99, yet alot of the hateful eight are super expensive. I wonder if after people found out about clumping people are just not opening boxes, so the singles started to rise. Interesting release

There's also extreme clumping compounding the mapping. There's people pulling 5+ of the Aura out of a single box

Conspiracy theory time: they made the boxes mappable intentionally so people will only buy from trusted sellers/metazoo partners

You are probably aware, censorship has been heavy on any mention of mapping, especially when it comes to the cases… By not only HQ but others invested… And larger MZ YouTubers have held out on this "everyone knows" info (covering?)
I totally agree with everything you said… This type of damaging info (on cases being mappable) should be available to all. So people can make choices, vet the seller, and purchase or not purchase with a better understanding.
Anyone buying TCG have seen their fair share of slimy resellers, but this is an easy golden ticket of exploitation.
A good chunk of people splurge on just one or maybe two booster boxes.
MZ HQ should really address this, regardless of whether they want to actually do something about it or not.
And think about printing and boxing 10,000 to start. See how things are and then run the next 40,000.
This is a huge debacle in my opinion.
