  1. My dad and stepom are coming up on their 30th this year. Their secret? She's a feminist and he's a simp. Never tells her no. She's also a bit of a bridge troll. She knows she's got a Chad. But Dad is pistol whipped. Not the marriage I recommend guys. Don't be a simp. Just don't

  2. The single mother comment is aweful! Some of us extremely well earned, ambitious, grounded, individuals who can love unconditionally, who understand conflict resolution, have integrity, well cultured, and amplifiers to any relationship!!! the character of a woman isn’t seated with whether or not they are a single mother but in their intrinsic value! The man had older children… so he isn’t a red flag? Come’on

  4. Advice from a woman happily married for 31 years: Look at her mother – does she put family first, take care of herself, do traditional feminine duties in the home? A girl is taught how to be a wife and mother by her mother so you must take a good look at how she behaves. It’s important to look at how her mother has taken care of herself physically bc we women typically become our mothers as we age. And don’t make excuses bc you think your girl will be different. I promise you it will not work out – I’ve seen it many times. I just wanted to comment bc taking a look at your girl’s mother is very important and a good way to see into your future.

  5. Marriage is a dead institution. Invested early an often, an keep your financial situation to yourself. Keep a hobby, keep your dreams alive, keep your boundaries. Workout 3 days a week, no excuses. Make your intentions known upfront. I’ve been divorced, was married 11yrs, together 15. 80% of that time was in a dead bedroom.
I have an amazing woman now who wants marriage after 4yrs. My nonnegotiables up are this….
    1-you move into my house
    2-prenup before marriage
3-no sex=the marriage is over an fast not slow

We meet with a lawyer soon to draft up a prenup. I made these terms crystal clear, any deviation an she’s out

  6. I hope everyone finds love and happiness. I think my ship has sailed, though. Im 44… ive done the work on myself. I was married 10 years and divorced about 7 years ago. I'm focusing my efforts on being happy being alone. After every breakup, I've taken time to try and heal and work on my issues. Women typically don't do that. Their issues have snowballed by the time they're my age and even though it's not our baggage, it hurts us nonetheless. Hearing all these things from other men reinforces my decision to walk away from relationships.

  7. Todays woman is focused on the moment ONLY. That's it, she will stab you in the back the second that moment has past. This is why you need to show you always have control over the moment and never EVER show your feelings. Women want you to show your feelings so they can insert their doubts about you into the relationship and use it against you. This is how they justify everything. Props to the women who fight the urge to insert doubt, its all about respect in the end.
