Mario Kart Ultimate just got NEW TRACKS…

Retro Rewind is a custom track distribution created by ZPL. It features every retro track from Super Mario Kart to Mario Kart 7, as well as some Mario Kart 8 and Mario Kart Tour tracks. The distribution also features its own Homebrew application and auto updater. As of v6.0, the distribution uses Pulsar as its engine.

  1. Hey ZPL, ik this is off topic, but my retro rewind is so slow whenever I play online and offline as if I'm playing mariokart slow motion. If possible, please help me with this issue. Thanks a bunch!

  2. I know it's already been decided to be added but that version of Ribbon Road definitely needs some work ASAP because the invisible walls on the ramps are definitely not functioning properly LMAO

  3. Yassa, GP tracks have arrived, so awesome! Love Diamond city, and how its combining the variants like the mk8 versions of the city tracks from tour, but what would really sell it for me, would be if it on the second or final lap changes to daytime, so both versions are there, and for some visual variation, I guess xD. Other than that, I just wanted to thank you and the other folks behind RW for bringing mkwii to new all-time heights.

  4. i wonder if DKR tracks would make more sense in a separate ct distribution in the distant future. given than you and your dev team have revolutionized access to mkwii mods with wheel wizard, i wonder if one day we'll have those tracks as part of a CTGP-esque distribution with easy access like RR

i realize that this would be no easy feat to pull off and that i'm absolutely not the first person to come up with this, but i like to share my dreams out loud
