If his trauma with her was addressed I would like this even more.
I guess we can assume they had a long talk before having kids, since he has a trauma to "younger kids" and not only "Masuzu-chan", she probably apologized and after some much needed therapy, he got over it.
I guess this one used the word "trauma" properly, I've seen stories where the MC goes through worse because of a single girl, and even 5-10+ years later he's willing to have a conversation with her like nothing happened.

OF COURSE the girl is "perfect in every way" while the guy is a loser. I swear, it pisses me off every time this tired common trope pops up. Not to mention, throughotu this whole story they are brushing to the side the guy's mental health after working to the point where he lost taste in food, which is extremely bad. Also, I just love how the story completely evades a lot of the mc's own issues and that being put on the spot about being forced into having a fiance not of his own choosing really just oozes hypocrisy. Because I guarantee you that people would be up in arms if the roles were reversed and it was him who was terrorizing her.
