  1. Looks like self defense to me from this video. This is the problem with today, we don’t get the whole store just whatever narrative fits the picture at the time.

  2. more context is needed, and i feel like in a perfect world he didn't squeeze off that round. He was probably dazed after being hit/attacked by a gang of people, and really scared though, so i don't even blame him for shooting. He will likely get charged, but morally i don't think this was wrong. This is why there is more context needed though. Who knows what started the whole sequence

  3. So NM doesnt have a stand your ground law, but the states supreme court stated there is no duty to retreat before using force in public. Itll all boil down to why they were trying to tackle the guy. If he had a legal reason and didnt just break the law then right on, good shot. If not, then this dude is heading to jail.

  4. Look at this little emo dweeb.. imagine dying to that guy. What an incredibly Pathetic waste of life it would be to die because of him. Another reason why I will never visit America

  5. It would appear there is not enough information for anyone to form a proper opinion. However, once he escaped their grip the threat "technically" was ended therefore making the use of lethal force unjustifiable
