Cat Cafe Manager is a very cute, very wholesome game about running a cafe where the guests can also pet some resident cats! We open the cafe in memory of our Grandma and, with a little help from an old friend of hers, we turn an empty plot of land into a very little, but very lovely, cafe.
We also adopt a cat, who we call Dave (after Dave at Wee Hours Games of course!), and Dave has a lot of fun mooching around the cafe, getting fussed by all the folks there.
As time goes by we meet various different groups who live in the village, such as the witches, the businessmen and the artists, and we discover that each group pays us with a different material that we need to do different things. Cloth can be traded for furniture, for example, and fish can be used to purchase cat products!
We slowly build up our shop, adding new items to the menu and also placing a few extra chairs so we can fit more people into the shop.
Also we do some research (of sorts) at a mystical shrine, we do our best to adopt another stray cat and we express confusion at the tea making process in this game…

The life of a Cat Cafe Manager awaits! That’s right, Caterwaul Way is home to a plethora of extraordinary felines. The cafe can become their home, to the delight and relief of the villagers. Who knows, maybe their presence will loosen tongues and help you discover the secrets of Caterwaul Way… cats and take them off the streets, giving them a home.
The cafe is run-down and abandoned by the time you arrive, but it’s nothing that a little bit of elbow grease (and money) can’t fix.
Renovate the cafe, then decorate and expand it as you see fit and create a welcoming place for cats – and people – to relax in!
Build up a capable staff by hiring the right people, managing their workload, and helping them refine their skills.
Refine your cafe experience further with custom dishes and other menu items, catering to your customer’s needs.
A good cafe is more than just a restaurant with good food and drinks. The difference lies in relationships. At Caterwaul Way, that means befriending cats and townsfolk alike.
Befriend and build relationships with a diverse cast of local villagers, such as Finley, a young musician trying to make it big, or Bonner, the local ferryman who’s got some very tall stories to tell.
Look after the local cats, befriend, and, eventually, adopt them. Each stray cat is unique and will make your cafe a little different.
Keep your human and feline friends happy to unlock clues and eventually learn the secrets of Caterwaul Way.
Caterwaul Way has a long and mysterious history – and many festivals celebrating it. If you want your cat cafe to become a staple of the village, plan accordingly!

Decor will improve how your customers feel. For example, witches are going to enjoy the magic chair than other types.
When I've seen this game played by Dave I've bought it immediately. Finished it twice already. My kids loves it as much. It's quite short but extremely satisfying. Finding new cats and seeing your patrons playing with them is delightful.
Watching it will be a pleasure during work hours.

Very cute game. Cafes and Cats – the purrfect combination! However, I when I went to buy it it was $20. That's WAAAAY too expensive. It should be priced more like $12, not $20, for such a simple game. Hell for $20 you can get some awesome complex games. Academia is $15, Patreon is $20, Settlement Survival is $15 – these are much, much more sophisticated games for the same price or less – and some of those games are still being added to and worked on. And for just $26 you can get Timberborn, Going Medaeval, Lords and Villeins, Noble Fates, all of which are many times more sophisticated and are still being added to. You need to price it reasonably with respect to the value of the game compared to others if you want people to buy it, no matter how cute the cats.
