I show you a few variations of Jiffy’s famous pancake recipe. We are making blueberry, pecan, orange, corn fritters and banana pecan pancakes. I don’t have to tell you this puts smiles on everyone’s face. We have always been budget conscious at our house. Jiffy mix has been a staple for years. Any all purpose mix like Jiffy is fine to use here. We just prefer to use the Jiffy. We hope this gives you some new ideas to try making simple pancakes that are deliscious! Hi ya Jeff . Cook pancakes but savoury one for Christmas breakfast. All different because everyone loves different. But my English ones are family going back yrs . Pancake mix I make up but in it goes black pudding, chopped spring onions, pepper , salt , cherry tomatoes and top with cheese . Next is ham I've baked chopped small onion chopped and topped with cheese and cherry tomatoes cooked in oven . But I could actually smell yours cooking yummy . God bless Karen and family in Australia. I'm putting on a screen door at the moment but having a break . Jeff's just gone out with my step father. So I'm taking five minutes . Yum! Now i have to make pancakes in the morning. Dark and crispy is how i like mine too! Ive never heard of using Orange juice in pancake batter! I also never tried Jiffy pancake mix. Ill have to try it. I like the Karo pancake syrup (not the white). Looks delicious!
