This tiktoker is an idiot. If there ever were major social upheaval, the military would decide the outcome. Whether the military would split, pick a side, or sit it out; their decisions would certainly determine the short-term outcome. The military cannot assure a particular long-term strategic political solution without full-time, permanent occupation, which of course becomes problematic over time. But in the short term, tactically and strategically – they would decide it.
