Where should we keep our proof of registration in our car if not in the glove compartment. If you get pulled over you have to show your proof of registration & proof of insurance where I live!

I've been telling family members and co-workers this for the last four months it's going to get worse way worse now my family members knew he was going to get worse but I told them take that and times it by 3 and my family members and I agreed that crime is only going to rise with the worsening economy

Actually, they've been doing the bump & rob/bump & carjack for YEARS. Often 2 cars are involved. The one in front and the one behind. They also put stuff under your wiper when you are parked so you'll get back out and check it. Or they'll zip tie a shopping cart to the handle of your car.
The grocery store I work at has 24 hours private security. The thefts have been up, people are really filling up carts of food and try to walk out, a young 13 year old just got arrested as he tried it. Both his mom and him were arrested.

You should also not save your home address in your vehicles GPS system. Put a large store/shopping center or something that is in your general area as your home address. This way, if you are far away from home, the directions will still get you to your local area, and you can get home from there. If a bad guy steals your car and checks the GPS for your home address, it will take them to a store and not your actual house.
