happy lunarlux release 😀 go play the game (on steam) and then listen to the soundtrack on spotify/itunes/etc weeeeee~

*i didn’t do the full soundtrack, just this track and one other boss theme i released a while ago, @VanilluxePavilion is the main composer for the game!*

wowowow what a throwback omg i made this when touhou wbawc came out. literally 2019, right? im not googling that but it feels right. anyway u can tell bc uhhhhh it sounds like i made it four years ago lolololololol. but you know what, im not a hater–it’s cool. it’s chill. game dev am i right, i’ll be ok. it’s fun to release it publically~!

this was the first of the two boss themes i made for lunarlux. i was still just starting to learn how to make rock-esque tunes, so it’s a pretty simple composition. touhou wbawc is particularly on the mind bc i remember i was inspired by kutaka’s theme for a couple sections, lol. it does sound touhou-ish, at least.

anyway, enjoy! im gonna keep tinkering away at the ruby/sapphire album . . . i say gimme one more month and i should be finished (i hope?!?!? two more months max?????) ~

  2. Well damn this is really good, better check the game out

Edit: just realized this track (as well as the art shown in the video) kinda reminds me of CrossCode (which is another game that you should totally check out)
