If you look at New Vegas, they were able to pull off revolvers jamming with the cylinder not quite catching on close, probably because everyone swings it closed. You can’t really do that here. The only way to simulate a Tarkov-styled jam would be the cylinder not properly rotating, and needing to be manually rotated.

It should still be afected by the shells misfire chance, maybe they forgot to implement misfires on this?

A malfunction of a revolver is quite difficult cause you can't fix a worn hammer and trigger mid fight
only thing now that MOA is stupidity low cause of durability
Revolver Ocelot in the MGS series explains that he chose the revolver over modern firearms because it doesn't jam, no matter how fast he shoots… this just confirms it
The gun jams are the Guns fault in the game, not the ammo. so a weapon like a revolver , that depends on the ammo and not the gun. wont Jam, if they Add Ammo condition we might have issues . but that's only if they do. the implementation is really neat and gives us players a weapon or two the Double barrel that are reliable to a fault. or i might be overthinking this…
You can't master this gun either. Im guessing they just dont have any new animations for it yet

I'm upset you can't master the weapon. I wanted to be able to rapid reload the weapon.
So many no-guns wiki experts in here. Revovlers can malfunction if they are worn down, and this example here is 0 durability. You can get timing issues, where the cylinder doesn't line up with the chamber, for example. You can also have failure to fire due to light primer strikes or bad ammo.
Pretty sure this gun can misfire, some leaked early animations for it showed this.

About the only thing they could simulate is the cylinder being out of time or failing to lock up. Which in some cases would be catastrophic if fired. Imagine firing AP20 with a cylinder slightly misaligned with the barrel. Bye bye fingers(or face).
yeah the more simple it is the harder for it to break. it's like 2 pieces of metal and then just wood. the odds for a malfunction are low
Well its a revolver. Only way they break is if the timing of the cylinder gets off or the trigger/hammer assembly breaks.

its a relover cant have a bolt jam it cant not feed the round and no misfire unless its a light strike

In a partial reload, I think it would be easier to push the ejection rod and just put a finger over the shell that hasn't been shot than to pull out the spent shells one by one.
