"Lunar Lullaby", a Banjo Dreamscape

Enjoy the dreamy world of Lunar Lullaby, written by Chris Elliott. This video features Andrew Bonnis on upright bass, and Chris Elliott on the 5-String Banjo. Andrew is a longtime friend and collaborator of Foggy Mountain Spaceship, and an excellent multi-instrumentalist.

This video was originally filmed and released in 2014 under the name “C-Bob’s Dream” (C-Bob is Chris Elliott’s nickname). We decided it could use a refresh, so in late 2023 it was remixed, the video re-edited, and thus retitled. We hope you enjoy breathing some new life into a video that we created almost 10 years ago!

  1. You are a fantastic band. I listen to your music every day, and I love it. You can go any direction you like and we will follow. Things like this don't come around very often, congratulations to each of you. Have a wonderful New Year!

  2. I visited Colorado in October from the East Coast and was planning to see you guys but instead I got High-Altitude Pulmonary Edema! But I've been a fan since your Interstellar Blues video, and this is excellent as always. You guys are definitely at the forefront of the space-banjo scene and always go hard.

  3. Whoa! I had that exact same dream myself last night. Except that I was being chased by an enormous rabbit covered in blackberry jam. And there was no music or anything. But otherwise exactly the same. Thanks for all your hard work on this lads, very enjoyable vid and a beautifully haunting melody. And thanks for the free dream analysis.
