What if imu is xabex wife and the mother of shanks
What if the answer to luffys mom and Imu are tied into the theory about a connection between xebec and Imu. We know someone was made immortal by the OP OP fruit in the past. What if that immortal is Imu, who had a child to place on the throne of the world long ago, and this child would be Xebec. However he wasn't able to be controlled like Imu wanted so She stood against him and played a role in bringing him down, making sure to erase all evidence of God valley as to avoid her being discovered through her son. So while there she meets young Monkey D. Dragon. She decided to try again at making a puppet of a child to place on the world throne by making a child with Dragon. The child would be Luffy. Dragon, however, is not stupid so he would notice the manipulation by imu. So when he discovers who she really is and what she had planned, he decided that it would be his job in life to stop her and destroy the corrupt world he now is aware she has created. This means that Garp being on God Valley almost guarantees he would have seen this start. So luffy is put in his care by Dragon as the only person who he could trust to protect luffy from his own mother. This would also explain Garp disliking the Celestial Dragons since he has seen his son become a criminal by the manipulation of the person leading the celestial dragons. It would also explain the anger Imu shows when it comes to Luffy. This could go a step further as Vegapunk and Dragon could have worked out some way to guarantee that Imu wouldn't be able to track down and control luffy so that he never becomes Imus puppet. As Dragon finds out about Luffy Gaining the Hito Hito No MI model Nika meant his son was now the only person who could lead a world away from Imu so that's why he is seen having so much faith in luffys ability to change this world ONCE DRAGON KILLS HIS OWN WIFE, IMU.

My theory is that luffys mother was on impel down but a lower level than luffy even got to if she is a celestial dragon

The lunarians faced an apocalypse in the moon so they came to earth but the difference in atmospheric pressure caused some of the members to have black wings while others who remained normal like the shandians made sky islands because humans occupied the earth and they plated the Adam and eve tree but after some time the other aliens came to earth and had a war with the lunarians then the lunarians gave the ability of haki, devil fruits to humans and more species like fishermen were made to help win the war against the aliens we call celestial dragons and imu slowly started destroying the ancient kingdom for devil fruits and haki and in a final attempt joyboy made ponyglyphs about the one piece and spread them throughout the world but to stop imu from getting them he put a curse that devil fruit users cannot swim in the because imu was destined to eat a devilfruit

Its not that crazy but I will say it. I think that Buggy is actually really strong, but its acting like he is weak for some reason like kanjuro was acting like an ally ( both look like clows btw). One reason for this is that mihawk should have been able to kill him in marineford if he was actually that weak (there is no way that mihawk didnt use haki). He is also one of Rogers crew members and I cant believe that someone that he chose as a crew member would be weak. I think one foreshadowing for this would come in the next chapters when we see buggys seraphim. I believe that that seraphim will be the strongest. I know its not a very good theory with not enough evidence but I still think its a possibility.
