  1. My memories of the 1980s have to be leg warmers, grapevine, box step, and the queen of aerobics wonderful Jane Fonda. Exercise has certainly changed since then 😊 and for me personally, it is better. Thank you for a trip back in time.

  3. I would love to see a 1970s workout! I need a refresher for the Hustle! I was busy raising my two children throughout the 80s, so I never did the big hair and bright makeup. But my favourite female singer is Annie Lennox and I loved her androgynous/feminine style! She still looks and sounds fabulous!
