LOUISVILLE SLUGGER WARRIORS
NATIONAL AMPUTEE BASEBALL TEAM
Designated by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) public charity organization, the Louisville Slugger Warriors are a nationally sponsored and extremely competitive amputee baseball team that consists of Wounded Warriors, U.S. Military Veterans and current and former amputee college baseball players. All of these highly skilled athletes come from all over the United States. This team plays in national baseball tournaments around the country and in special baseball game events, all against talented teams. The players have either suffered a
loss of limb by congenital, disease or trauma related medical reasons. The Warriors are coached by former Major League Baseball players who donate their time and expertise.
