Put scrubbers over all your solar panels or better yet just get rid of all solar panels and make tons of wind turbines covered by scrubbers, you won't have any maintenance and have always on power.

If you place two scrubbers within each others radii, they scrub each other. No maintenance needed.
I'd recommend adding turrets of both types near your water, o2, and power producers.
Would be cool to see you research the full tech tree in this series aswell

Is it possible to fully terraform Mars in this game?
You require for each capture 160 fuel, 60 fuel for refulling and 100 for the expedition itself^^

You can increase the scrubbers radius. Building two scrubbers will require more electricity anyway
you can increase the radius of the scrubbers just like with the surface heaters
