Loaded Maersk container rollover with shifted load – rotators to the rescue – Welcome back to another weekly video featuring our famous container rollovers. This job was at a private yard in the city of Gardena, and I still have no clue how this rollover happened. Normally the ground gives way under the landing gear but in this case, there was no obvious signs of how it flipped.
Regardless, we showed up to tackle the job, not investigate the cause. What I thought would be a routine “easy” ten minute job turned out a bit longer due to the oddly shifted load. The rolls inside were staggered, which means it was a gamble to correct the load shift the way we did by turning it in midair. To our surprise, it worked and customer was happy.
Between Hulk, my 50ton rotator and Big Flipper, our 75ton rotator, the job was still easy if just a bit longer than anticipated. Like the regular content again Josh… !!! At the end… " Let's get out a here I'm hungry" Made me laugh…! Hope you had something good to eat after that job… Good job all the way around guys…!!!
Another great job. I have a question. When towing a super heavy load you need a lots of breaking power right. Riiigghht, the truck has 2 working axels with 8 tires. Does it have 8 drum brakes? And do you have front brakes also. That would be great breaking power.
Nice Job 👍👍👍🙂
It took him longer to back under it then it took you guys to upright it
Great video once again👍👍👍🇺🇸
very good
Nice job as always God bless get something to eat LOL
Nice delivery of knowledge and skills. It was nice to watch again.

Hey Josh & Alex !! Great job !! As you said ""Looks easy ,, but never know for sure "" !! 🤔🤔🙂😉😊👍👍👍👍👍
Good job up righting the container!
Nothing like a load shift to give everyone a pain in the butt, been there done that, I'm thinking someone didn't do the tug test before they pulled out of the dock and whoopsie, at least y'all got the equipment to get the job done right good job guys
You and your crew are way gentler with those containers than the "truckers" who got them that way.
Those container roll overs are job security!
with reasonable load securing this would not have happened in the first place… you can learn… but you don't have to..
WE ALL HERE BECAUSE WE CANT GET ENOUGH OF PEPES TOWING HEAVY RECOVERIES RIGHT. I ALSO CAME ACROSS 2 OTHER GREAT HEAVY YOUTUBE RECOVERY VIDEO CHANNELS. "WILCOX GARAGE" "MURPHYS DIESEL".
Welcome back Josh miss your vids take care stay safe G.Whyte
to finish that job rite it should have been unloaded put back in and blocked so it would not move the next driver to take that loan out it could fall over again one more thing how over weight was it i bet most of the containers you pick back up are over 80.000 lbs
Hey Josh, do any of your rotators have rolling carriages like @RonPratt with Midwest Truck do?
You do the best.
you make this look so easy, I know it is not as easy as it seems.
Are you going to upload a video of the container that flipped and landed on a car on the 405?
It's nice to hear the respect you show your employees.
Good job. Its scary to think the driver of the rig is on the open road.
Mr Mr Josh Another easy job for Hulk and Big Flipper. Thanks for sharing and stay safe.
Good to have more uploads of you and your team's adventures in recovery. Hope the family is doing well. Nice thud out of that container… the sound of victory.
