The only nation across history to ever devote itself to the end of global slavery… We are branded racists. The only nation to stand alone against the biggest threat to world democracy and free Europe from the choke hold of tyranny…..They hate us for it. I would rather cripple my son's and grandson's before I saw them sent off to fight in this modern world.
Odd that the Battle was a failure but is remembered to this day by the heroic act of these young lads. And may we never forget!!!
The Handley Page Halifax looks a bit like the Avro Lancaster.
OP market Garden was not a total failure as it did liberated large parts of the Southern Netherlands , also remeber to this days. . Son/ Eindhoven . etc etc.
Fantastic
when men were MEN
BBMF Lanc is NOT the only flying one in the world.
Should have taken the opportunity to have done an airdrop of clothes over Downing street!
Our poor PM can't even afford to buy his wife clean underwear apparently.
👏👏👏
Excellent ! The real heroes of the world.. always and forever recognize them.
They died so Britain could be invaded by millions of muslims that dont want to assimilate to their culture
lol sad
Wouldn't be surprised if starmer gets rid of the bbmf and the red arrows
There is more than one Lancaster that can fly there are atleast 2 the second in Canada and there maybe also a third
Montgomery’s debacle.
It’s right we salute the service people from the past. But we are getting invaded again get our troops at the border now
Could you imagine the sky filled with 1000 Lancaster bombers? What a fearsome sight it must have been for the Nazis!
Second flying Lancaster in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.
Living a few miles away from RAF Coningsby we get to see the lancaster and spitfires that fly over when off to flyover events. When they start her up on runway the sound is so amazing.
Thank you!
And it did not came from Coningsby but from Klein Brogel where it was for the sanicole air show
