  2. That Other Black Building Isn’t The Tunnel Shaft? I Don’t Think So Anyway? I’m Not To Sure Where You Pointed Too? Only The Building That You First Pointed At Is The Vent For The Mersey Tunnel.

  8. Liverpool is our 2nd favourite place to visit after Blackpool. Great atmosphere, shops, culture, buildings etc. Even better when there's a big ship in dock. We've seen a few fab sunsets in Liverpool πŸ˜€

  9. Hiya, a relative newcomer to your channel, but thanks for the excellent videos ive watched so far.
Me and my Wife had 5 nights in Liverpool last March.
I'd been to Anfield and Goodison several times but never done the City Centre till then.
We ticked off all 6 City centre Wetherspoons in just over 24 hours after arriving, then did the amazing Magical mystery tour, followed by the Cavern….how incredible that place is.
Also did the Ferry cross the Mersey.
All routine stuff for sightseers in Liverpool but amazing as a first timer.
We also left a love lock on the rails at the Albert Dock.
Along with the Glasgow City Chambers building in George square Glasgow, The Liver Building is my favourite piece of architecture in the UK.
Keep up the great work mate.

  10. I live in Liverpool, born and Bred here, but why did you only show the 3 graces and the Beatles statues? There’s a lot more to Liverpool than that, you could have gone to the Albert dock or even into the city centre

  11. The Royal Liver Building, which houses the Royal Liver Insurance Company headquarters is crowned by the largest clock in Britain, Its dials are 25ft in diameter, and the minute hands are 14ft long each. The mechanism and dials weigh 22 tons and are 220ft above street level. It also has effigies of the mythical Liver Birds from which Liverpool got its name. The front Liver Bird overlooking the Mersey is said to be the female, looking out for sailors coming home. The rear Liver Bird, overlooking the city is said to be the male, looking for which pubs are open!
