This is a great game.
"There's always other ways to beat their score" Was the coaches hint. You dont need anything else to finish that baseball un-cursing thing. Just need to think outside the box and remember, this game embraces the stupid. (Below is the answer if you want it)
Literally, just hit their score on the board. "Beat their score" With the bat.
Took me until about losing by 1200 points—you can hit their score, since 0 is apparently more than the hole in the scoreboard.

I think the joke with the compass becoming a "comp" after removing the curse is because "ass" is generally considered a curse word lol
Notes: The shadow creatures are immune from taking more than 5 PHYSICAL damage and always were. You likely did not notice because during your last encounter with them your weapon did HOT damage and currently are using SLEAZE damage so it should not matter too much. Second, it looks like flushing toilets give you XP equal to 5× the number of total toilets you flushed. Third I am fairly certain Sandwhich Cream was mentioned earlier on a letter it might be worth getting some.

If no one has pointed out yet the reason that cat was named Hecate was because Hecate is the Greek goddess of witchcraft and magic
the well gave him 69 meat.
Just a suggestion: it would be much easier to move around if you use the arrow keys (or W, A, S, and D) to move around as well, rather than relying solely on clicking to move.
It would help keep you from making all these weird "misclicks" and/or moving before you intend to at least.
I found you because I learned this game existed, but no one I watched had covered it yet. I'll definitely stick with your play through though.

Been binging the last couple of days. West of Loathing is still fun to me and i still play it every now and again but I had to stop and address the fact that he's absolutely right.
I saw Markiplier's Part 1 was hooked and wanted to see more.
All I did was type in the name of the game and found this channel.
Your commentary is enjoyable and this game seems super deep and super fun, so much more to do than in West.
I'm excited to see just how long this one play through takes cause my god, it seems so easy to just lose hours doing small side stuff, which was arguably my favorite part of West.

Also, the shadow monsters can only take 5 physical damage at once. Since you've been using mostly elemental damage, that's why you never noticed.

I literally came across this channel because Markiplier skipped over showing some content at the beginning of Part 2 in his Shadows over Loathing series and I wanted to watch another Let's Play of the game to see what he skipped over. I found your channel through west of loathing after watching Mark. I watched a bunch of your stuff for years. Then I kind of forgot about it. I saw Mark’s first video of this and my first thought was of this channel. I have been binging this series after work, but it is such a busy time of the year. You will probably be in part 60 before I catch up!
