Mental Omega is a modification for Command & Conquer: Red Alert 2 – Yuri’s Revenge. Created by Speeder and Mevitar, the mod was previously known as Mental Omega: Almost Perfect Yuri’s Revenge. Mental Omega adds a number of new factions, units, structures for all sides, as well as a plethora of new missions, including cooperative missions.

The mod’s current iteration, Mental Omega 3.x, was predated by the original version, which didn’t include new singleplayer content, as well as Mental Omega 2.0. Mental Omega 2.0 removed and altered a number of units and structures to improve the game’s balance. Also new are three campaigns with up to ten mission each for all three main factions, as well as new subfactions such as China or Greece.

This version of Mental Omega uses the XCC Mod Launcher, and requires NPatch SE #0022, a community patch later superseded by Areas. Its final version, 2.0psi, breaks a number of missions. However, these have been fixed by the community.
