Trailer Park needs a trans am or Camaro sitting on blocks with no motor
I think my only comment on it is similar to that backdoor + fence thing…. I think maybe some unkempt/scraggly foliage or maybe a little fencing to separate behind some of that trailer park from the tracks would be realistic? Tends to be slightly under budgeted so maybe a little less full foliage would add that visual barrier, but provide some realism for sound and safety to separate the tracks from the "back yards" 🙂 I love how the towns coming so far though!
Great updates. Shouldn't the 'No Trespassing' sign be on the other side of the fence? You can probably hide the gaps in the road angles with some vegetation hanging over the curb.
You could definitely use that fence with the 8×8 grating in other areas of your railway. Glad you remembered to put the sand mounds underneath the grass. Not many people do that
You might want to put a wall between the railroad tracks and the trailer park.. don't want kids getting squished lol
I really want to light up my city. despite this, I don't know how any of the lights work from the ones u sell and other brands. Is it hard to set up the lights? and does it cost a lot of money cause basically, I don't have much lego and its for my winter village.
This is incredible. The elevation change looks natural – and you make it look sooo easy in your videos. Well done. However, I must admit, adding a trailer park to your layout (to me) is risky. I lived in a trailer park for a few years. To make it look real (especially for this small-town feel) you need to add a lot of details… uncut grass with busted mowers, cars without wheels, over filled trashcans, lots of couches in the dirt parking area! LOL, JK. Besides all of that, very much looking forward to seeing Eddie Munson jamming out!! Another awesome video, Thank you!
What are your thoughts about purchasing sets already built versus sets new in boxes and building them?
Do you have any videos or tips for building a curve on a freeway segment or on and off ramps at interchanges?
What are the best materials for adding levels to cities for hills and extra levels? I have read that duplo blocks may work with lego pieces on top or build a custom table to add the extra level.
You need the trailer park boys too!
Great design of curved road. I also like net of train tracks in your city.
You should consider making true to life locomotives to add extra realism to the trains
Trailer park looks cool, and the Eddie Munson idea is great!
Calling them "curved roads" in the title is a bit of a stretch! The roads are still straight, just at a 45 degree angle instead of 90 degree angles. "Diagonal roads" would be a far better description.
Have you thought about adding a railway mailbag pole to your tracks? I know it's not realistic for today times but it's just more interesting things to see in the city.
Have you ever given a thought to slightly elevating the outer side of the train track in the curve, as RL curved train tracks are, to accomodate the centrifugal force? I love your trick with "curved" roads, I was trying to do something similar for my own town.
Trevor Phillips from GTA V would be awesome to add to the trailer park. Such an iconic character. Keep up the good work! 👊🏻
one idea for your city, you should add in those propane or whatever circular tanks in the back of the gas station, where they would hold propane or gas
That curved road looks way better then anything I have seen with new roadplates which suppose to represents something with a curvature.
