Hey all,
I saw cftsoc3’s incredible looking Spellseeker ‘blue’ Zenith deck from Twitter, and decided it looked too interesting NOT to spend a league trying out. They won the Legacy Showcase (which qualifies for the ‘small’ 16 person MOCS) on August 14, 2022.
At its core, this is a Yorion midrange deck that has a very interesting end game in the form of Spellseeker for Ephemerate (then using Ephemerate on Eternal Witness then using Ephemerate ‘rebound’ to ‘flicker’ Spellseeker for Orim’s Chant) .
You also see other interesting 1-ofs such as Traverse the Ulvenwald! :O
Green Sun’s Zenith also provides an additional toolbox (along with the usual suspects such as Dryad Arbor, Uro, and Endurance as well as some more ‘exotic’ choices like Gaddock Teeg, Hornet Queen and Eternal Witness).
A lot of shenanigans occur!
