Why even pay Carr in the first place? Makes no sense. Just because the qb class this year was shit? So waste a complete year on somebody you are going to shit on anyways? Understand your frustrations but this coaching staff are not only that devious but apparently not that smart! They aren't the Baltimore Ravens. They don't pull the trigger on anyone that actually already has talent, they are that arrogant that they think they can see and develop no talent. Total hacks
If they get rid of Carr, I will permanently leave these losers. Carr has never had a defense. Manning or Brady in their prime couldn’t win with the coaching staff.

It was highly suspect that Carr got his elite receiver but no effort was made to sign a competent RT when two things were widely known-1) our RT sit was a disaster 2) Carr needs a good line. He can move and actually has some wheels but its never been his strongpoint.
I have been thinking along these lines for sometime but hoping the team would win enough to stave off this scenario. Giving Carr Adams but no time to throw the ball has resulted in Carr getting even more blame for something that isnt working and Mcdaniels is the architect of what isnt working.
They paid all those guys, wanted them to also pay Jacobs and we still wonder why the Oline wasn't addressed? I don't think you're completely wrong. They got him the weapons he wanted, now let's see him do something with a bad line. They already know he can't so that's they're excuse at the end of the season. All that cap money to play with is a coaches and GMs dream

Yeah I think you hit it on the head. This team was 1 short completed pass from beating the Bengals in playoffs last year. The Bengals went to the SB and today, look where the Raiders are. They got Adams, an improved Jacob's, and a so called Offensive Guru In McDaniels. lol I'm fine with Moving on from Carr. I gave up on him last year during a key loss. Which Loss I dont remember. But what's happening this year is starting to look like this is happening by design. Then again I do feel that McDaniels does suck.

You mean a QB taking over a game like Patty Mahomes…43-68,,499 passing, 63 yards rushing, carrying that team on hi back in the fourth quarter to win 20-17 in overtime. Yep, the Titans played em tough like always. But when the game get down to it…the man picks em, slings them on his back, and carry’s them across the finish line…time and time again. That’s the play of a quarterback position. Unlike what Carr is doing out there…and he has great players too. I know your team is trying…but some thing is very wrong in Raider Nation right now. And Carr can’t fix it. Hell, in most cases he can’t even identify it. I think your coach is to blame. And so does Dereck. He just won’t say so. Maybe he needs to just move on and get a fresh start somewhere else. Just thinking out loud.🤷♂️😐
