These casino/hotels should be VERY concerned about this because of the LAW FIRM involved. They DO NOT lose these sorts of cases (and rarely even get to court) based on a track record of hundred million dollar settlements with such corp. as Bank of America, Wells Fargo and others with far more resources than these casino chains.

This chick could barely afford to stay a night in a Vegas casino/hotel much less have ANY knowledge of the law firm filing the suit and their TREMENDOUS track record. They don't take cases that are losers…..period. To get to the point of filing they already have spent tens of thousands of dollars.
As a San Diego resident for decades we drive to Las Vegas and have a great time. That has ended. We won’t be treated as tho they are doing US A FAVOR… we the customer were once highly valued in Vegas and treated as such. I say a MASS BOYCOTT would bring the cost of a 8$ bottle of water back down to $1 and the resort fees would fly away💸
Vegas used to be so cheap and fun to go to now that corporate America owns from. It’s not the same as it used to be. We like to stay on Fremont street for the old Vegas experience.

Resort fees are so crazy, also charge 25 or more daily. Never rent hotel Vegas. Do your research everyone cause don't tell you resort fees and other extra until get to the casino. Be cautious.
