Hey party people! Thanks so much for hanging out with me while I share with you. this new Costco grocery haul! I usually do some kind of food prep or ingredient prep but instead this time around I decided to start cleaning out my pantry. Mostly because it desperately needed to be cleaned! haha as I was putting the food I bought away I realized just how disgusting it was in my pantry so I spent some time in there to give it the love and attention it deserves! I am so thankful for this pantry of ours for so many reasons! Hope you enjoyed the large Costco grocery haul and pantry refresh!

So many good things to say to you on this. Mainly just wanted to say thanks for taking the effort to put prices on the stuff you get bc it helps with price comparison here for me. Amazon fresh had heavenly hunks for $13.50 and I was like wow is that what they cost normally?
I made shrimp, mango salsa and avocado crema and it was so good. Inspired by your mango salsa making. I was allergic to mangos growing up and am now able to eat them. I peeled them with gloves on which was handy for the jalepeno but thanks for inspiring me to try mangos I haven’t eaten in a million years bc I was allergic to the sap on the skins and the tree. I had a big mango tree in my backward and we never ate them bc we were allergic lol. Imagine. I never had mango salsa. Super addictive! I love citrus and herbs too. Tons of lime was used on that dinner.
I grew some Swiss chard so making a Swiss chard galette this weekend wigh ricotta and garlic etc and Swiss cheese (calls for gruyere) on top. Gotta love Pinterest. Lol

I hate putting away “big groceries” when you do a big load. You must be fully hating life with needing to cook and having just shopped and pregnancy tiredness. You did great this day.
