Hollenbeck Division of LAPD – Always disrespectful, the worst officers ever, along with Newton Division, divisions where the most officers commit misconduct

In this video you will see everything that goes against LAPD’s Core Values of how law enforcement officers should treat the public – with respect for the people, integrity in all we say and do, commitment to leadership, service to our communities – none of which was displayed here by the officers. As soon as they saw me, the journalist with the camera, they put the tape up – like they always do as soon as we get there to film and keep them accountable through transparency. They threaten to arrest me for not moving back when there was no tape and without explanation or me questioning their knowledge on the law. There is no state law, but everyone accepts that 10 feet, is the appropriate distance, there was no crime scene, thus pushing me back like 100 feet. They hate the camera, when you’re being watched everywhere all the time. It’s just the games they play. They know who we are, they know what they are doing. Some officers don’t like us, they hate us, for keeping them on check and accountable. They were all disrespectful and unprofessional. Being sarcastic the whole time, when all I’m telling them is truth, and to respect the people. Some of them never learn. It’s officers like these that make LAPD look like trash. Police officers should not violate people’s rights, they should respect people’s rights. And also, they should be respectful as well. And professional. Everything. This is why there needs to be people out there filming them, under our First Amendment right, of the US Constitution

Thank you everyone for watching the channel. Recording in public is legal, First Amendment. Copwatcher. First Amendment Auditor. Making sure police respect our rights and holding police accountable for their actions, like misconduct. Educating everyone on our Constitutional rights. We have to stand up for our rights. We are always watching them. We are all one 👁️🔺

  1. Supreme Court has already ruled that pan handling is a protected freedom under the first amendment. There should be a lawsuit filed against the tyrant pigs. They lie. The pigs said threat with deadly weapon, suspect says he was only asking for money.

  4. Officer: "If you want to be in violation of 148H…" There is no part "H", it ends with 148G, often quoted by auditors since 148G states officers can't mess with people who are recording in public. Perhaps the law has been amended, I can't find any "H".

Ur respecting him for the employees treating u like u don't matter, being a member of the public recording. When did they start telling the press where they can stand.
