While the title race for La Liga has been all but decided with Barcelona recently defeating Real Madrid to go 12 points clear at the top there is still a lot to be decided in the league regarding the Champions League and the relegation battle. We still have nine teams separated by less than six points. Espanyol will travel to Girona where they will look to change their recent fortunes after a three-game losing streak. Athletic Club will look to inch closer to a spot in Europe as they host Getafe. Cadiz will play host to Sevilla in a matchup that will surely have relegation implications. There are also two games that will impact the European landscape for Champions and Europa League as Villarreal host Real Sociedad and Atletico Madrid host Real Betis.
