Cornwall (NY) senior Karrie Baloga put on the gas in the final 400 meters to drop the field and win the 3K at The Penn Relays, improving 11 seconds year over year to score the victory in 9:20.

Karrie's Statistics are really impressive for a young lady out of the gate… probably like the commentors say…. who her parents were… she grew up in the sport… a lot of the best are in this regards because they live the track & field cross-country life 100%… for instance… Elle Henes from the NC State Wolfpack is a great example… her Mom is the head coach…
