Kapital: Sparks of Revolution isnโ€™t your typical city builder. Certainly, your city is in ruins and you have an economy to rebuildโ€ฆ but along the way, three distinct social classes will demand that their needs be met, even at the expense of others. Rebuilding a broken nation is a delicate business, and if you fail to maintain a delicate balancing act, you might just have a revolution on your hands!

  1. I wonder how many times Pravus is going to try fast-tracking high level buildings and being stopped by "oh, I can't actually make the building, nevermind".

Pravus thought most of the videos: "I must beeline and push the nobility as much as possible to max out research!"

Pravus now: "You know, I don't think I went hard enough on research."

Prav, my man, this isn't a 4X game. Money and tech aren't helpful if you lack resources, food, and happiness. Your issue was you never had enough grain to make enough food and alcohol to keep everyone alive and happy, mainly because you were focused and generating income and tech. That, and the early migration law to manage people entry.

  2. I think the reason why you failed pravas is simple, population control. all you had to do was pass migration and all of this could have been avoided

    best regards

  3. As a gamer privately when you play any war game your consumption of food has to be twice or greater than the demand for food so you can plead your people (Support) and supply your military with enough food so they can fight.

  4. From what I'm seeing in this game, it is clear that pravus should never be allowed to govern anything ever. "Oh, my nobles are unhappy and are constantly rioting? I know, lets make them more unhappy by constantly researching overnight! I'm having problems with overpopulation? How do we solve that problem? By passing a migration law and telling people to fuck off? No, by doing nothing and trying to kill people off!"

Jokes aside, this is a pretty fun looking game, and i watched more episodes of it than i normally would of pravus's city builder stuff, so it's got decent watchability even when watching a man with a playstyle i find incredibly frustrating.

  5. To be honest, this game is notorious (or rather infamous ) for itโ€™s difficulty.
I wouldnโ€™t be so worried about riots, i would focus a lot more on food and alchool production. Thatโ€™s whatโ€™s gonna give you a chance at survival, imo. So perhaps build 1 or 2 more markets.
And stop sending policemen after rioters, they are to few to handle them and they get killed in the process.

  6. here deal make only nobles happy because they can work in goverment more nobles = more police more police = more protection and effective against riot and u can even make theyre Tax high forever but nobles is can be used as a power

    Trust me.

  7. Yeah, complain about Typhus, but you don't need sanitation!
complain about starving and depressed people, but rarely build houses and just one food and alcohol distribution building for each class and ignore the whole population growth!
I think almost all of you're problems are entirely up to yourself and your failing and that you want to play the game way too fast and show way too many contents!

  11. Meh. If you avoid the death spirals, and trap laws, then the only thing that stops you are the constant, repetitive, no-agency events that keep popping up to slow down your resource accumulation.
It promises to be a game about maneuvering the classes in a rebuilding country. But it presents only a "functional," basic town builder. With endless events of the same type.

  12. Loving this game so far – It seems as though it'll need 3/4 run throughs to know which bottlenecks appear at which points so you can be ahead of that each time. Once you "hit" a sticking point it seems very tough to reactively work your way through it

  13. Personally, I really wish this game had more uses for the Bourgeois, Because I'll constantly have open noble and worker jobs, and a bunch of Unemployed Bourgeois, even with the max amount of shops built. Like day 15+ i'll have no unemployed Nobles and workers, but atleast 70 if not 100+ unemployed Bourgeois.

  14. "PLEASE STOP COMING TO MY CITY!" Pravus screams from the palace roof. The people in the law office "sir, just enact the immigration law".

Pretty safe to say you expanded WAY too quickly into advanced stuff without covering the basics. Also you have WAY TOO FEW policemen, build more of them next time.
