Wouldn't you want to specialize your white items as much as possible to guarantee swaps from blue items? Then roll down to buy blues purples so u get massive stacks of 1 to 5 white items?
Happy to see you going back to mods, now with the steam workshop there are some amazing mods. You should try GMO, a really cool mod that adds a ton of possibilities.
I’ve said it on a few videos, but I think what would make the characters standout more are different bonuses per level up, which would help balance out some of the scaling and take some of the stacked stats off the base characters
The negative luck = more luck might be a thing, yes. In endless mode even +200 luck is dogshit, I rarely get better than common items.
Here my idea for the collector character that you were thinking of
+3 damage and harvest for each different item you have
+5 damage, health, and luck for each item with the unique tag
-2 damage and speed for each stack of an item you already have.
Taking blue item that's good for you is still good for this character after wave 15 instead of hard reroll for common items i think.

Secret MVP of this run was the burn damage with all the bouncing and Snake/Sacred Sausage “(I know what I said)”. Probably got quite a bit of chip damage on all the back line
A landmines and dynamite build could be pretty cool with this character.

the junker does so much stuff it's hard to balance, so most of my runs end up very broken. maybe luck down should affect the shop more ?
btw, the art is from Psina who made the extatonion and isaac mods, and the original idea is from Benro.
I genuinely came up with the idea of this character on discord randomly and dami just DM'd me and asked if they could use it. Super cool that one of my random ideas is playable

If someone could make a counterfeiting character that would be cool. All unique items can be taken multiple times but they all only give a portion of the buffs. So for example you would need 2 to be the same as one but once you got the 3rd it's nothing but stonks
Can you do the garbage bag run?
I know you've done some suggested builds before, so I was wondering what you thought of this one. Multitasker with 6 rocks, 6 shields. As tanky as you possibly can get
The only real downside to this character is that it spreads you out too well and really just makes your build generically good stats. You only really have control over your items at the very start and then it just spirals into a pretty good generic spread. Like the dynamites in this run were literally useless but they could've been nice if you picked explosive weapons, but in that case the defective steroids were still just a little max HP. Or like the stacks of trees being basically useless because you just couldn't heal from fruit so they just represented a potential 3 materials. Whatever you pick just ends up "not that bad." I feel like any run I've done with him ends up just being pretty average, it's definitely more interesting than playing the official average characters though
I think that every character inherently has a skillset which inherently leads you to surmise the skill is natural to the character. Possibly even necessary or inseparable. Inherently.
I got challenged by every item challenge your have to buy every item in shop and if you can’t buy it you have to lock it for next time
My guy, did you really use my suggestion about doubling items. If so I have to say I absolutely love the way you implemented it, way cooler then the ways I thought up.
It would be funny if negative luck gave you rare expensive items that are terrible for your build.
It would be so cool to try to get an engineering run going with this guy… the dream of 10 item landmines and/or turrets is too juicy

Based on the name, I imagined the character was one that gave more item drops and more money from recycling, then had increased shop costs.
This character is also very interesting.
There was a surprising amount of engineering related items, I think an engineering run might be very strong if you manage to your hands on a good weapon for it. It would also synergize with all the tier 1 mele damage upgrades.

I think cactus club would really shine here, capitalize on the random range/melee stat ups
