  1. I have always hated the idea of talking to a therapist. The Army, and subsequently, the VA tried many times to force me to speak to a therapist for PTSD. I denied any treatment and vehemently denied any form of percentage disability over my temporary mental weakness. I respect Masvidal so much for also refusing to speak to a therapist and deal with it in his own way, like a real man. Incredible respect for him now.

  2. i appreciate him being honest but, a long time ago i was a big fan of this guy, some of his actions and constantly going to clubs instead of training made me not be a fan. Wish the best though.

  3. When he talks about The Knockout here, they are never only about power. Timing and accuracy play a huge role, how many times have we watch the guy go down where we had to watch the replay cuz it didn't seem like much of a punch, and it's just a perfect hook right across the jaw. Having said that the punch that he took from Usman, was every single thing he had and it was absolutely perfectly timed and placed. I don't think there's anybody on earth that could take that shot without going down. Masvidal sounds very humble and relevant here

  4. The key for strikers is to not be worried about defending/stoping a takedown. Train wrestling enough to be comfortable on the ground, conserve energy, and get back up. The takedown is inevitable. Once you start anticipating it you’ll get KO’d because you’re hands are dropped. Be comfortable with the uncomfortable, and use your striking…it’s what got you this far.

  5. Joe is simping when he says that Jorge deserves the title shot over Colby. Like what?! Jorge got out worked by Colby for five rounds. C'mon Rogan you know he doesn't deserve it.

  6. Masvidal, while not always right, it's always a real one and i believe he truly respects the sport and other fighters even though he can get corny as fuck sometimes.
