This year is your year to share your accomplishments. Whether you have a YT channel or not! I’m including you in my posts this month. If you’d like to share what you’re preserving, email the following to [email protected]:

–Picture of what you preserved and a brief description
–The name you would like to go by in the post (first name or screen name)
–Please put “CHALLENGE” in the Subject heading.

I’ll post as many as I can this month. You deserve some kudos for your accomplishments!

xoxo,
Carter

  1. Oh my goodness Carter what a beautiful and bountiful harvest. Purple Rain I want to grow that. Looks delicious. Everything we had is fried. Cut all the tomatoes back hoping our HOT spell will end. 102 everyday last week. Next week hotter. I'm preserving thru you. Thanks good video.

  4. Love the every bit counts challenge, and your invite for us to participate on your channel!

Fermenting cucs- i keep ahead a couple pints of brine in the fridge so the ratio is correct. Then size the jar to whatever cucs are ripe so no need to do a batch.

  5. Beautiful garden bounty 🤩. I love all those tomatoes! I plan to participate. I will email in my resulting efforts once or twice a week. My plan is to focus the first week mostly on breakfast foods as that’s the meal we tend not to have ready and often do a grab and go. I may have the dehydrator or freeze dryer going while I’m prepping something in the kitchen so some days I may have a bonus item. Thank you so much for including your followers in the excitement💚👒.

  6. Due to my operational security requirements, I will not be posting any of my clover, pickle, and walnut salad pictures. It's unfortunate that I have to remain alone in my salad research. The peppers I grew this year are clearly from another planet.😉 Your unknowns look a little bit like Hungarian wax.
Most of the peppers here have completed their doctorate degrees. I'm so proud.
The early girls are still poking along with no life goals. They are so slow.

  7. Carter! So excited for this challenge. I'll be getting ready to do some refrigerator pickles. I was away for a few days, can't wait to walk through my garden to see what I have waiting for me. 😀I'll send you pictures.

  8. Oh Carter honey, I'm so game. I'm up to my eyeballs in garden produce from the garden. My garden is still kicking out like Rudolph on Christmas Eve! And LOVE the every bit counts challenge and cannot wait to watch your videos.

Which, by the way, I have quite a few of your videos to catch up on if I can ever get caught up on my chores around here! ❤😂
