James found such a wonderful way of describing the situation, we all experience when we are close to our mom and dad, and when the day comes, when we must let them go. My dad died in 2005 an my mom just on christmas 2023. The song makes me cry, every time I listen to it, but I just love how wonderfully he expresses what I can not.

Fortunately Angie, his Father is still alive. At the time of this song James Father was suffering from Kidney cancer I believe and needed a Kidney transplant to survive. A distant cousin saw the video that James made, got tested and was a match for the Father. Since the kidney replacement he is still doing well as of today, 77 yrs old, so there was a happy ending after all. A not so happy ending is James's song "The Girl That Never Was". He has a lot of heartfelt and emotional songs, 'No Bravery', 'Carry you home', Dark Thought, saving a life, No tears, same mistake… Also some upbeat but no less heartfelt songs such as The Greatest, Bonfire heart, Youngster, The Truth, Cold, Champions ❤

When you realize that at the time of the video, the family did not think that they could find a donor. The amount of pain any emotion that comes out from the way they shot. The video is simply a must see!
